After sale service acceptance conditions
1, because of the number of actual receipt, not models do not match, the quality of the products to return customers, in the two weeks after receipt of the application for refund or exchange, the deadline will not be accepted.
2, to return the product, please keep the original packaging intact (including packaging, filling material) and ensure the goods label intact, goods label is the only credential Xinman suppliers and return, if lost, will not be returned.
3, as a result of product quality problems for return, the customer must provide the test report detailed consultation with suppliers on the basis of the Xinman. If necessary, also need to provide both approved third party test report.

After sale service does not accept the situation
