Protective devices we passed all the certification, meet or exceed the requirements for demanding and car, computer, consumer, industrial and telecommunication market electronic circuit boards related international electrical hazard protection standards.

Including our advanced technology:

• Crowbar protection for high current lightning surge (using TVS crowbar diode and IC, or Trisils)
• For the power surge efficient clamp protection and ESD protection (using TVS clamp diode array, or Transils)
• Other special protection function, including series current limiting, thermal shutdown, CMOS and SPI interface                    

The standard and advanced innovative packaging, such as flow more type μ DFN, WLCSP and PowerQFN, can save board space, thereby improving the layout options.
